Our 8 plait braided handles are made from glazed (Goat) Kid skin.

This wonderful leather comes with a glazed finish, has an impressive grain, and is tanned with a medium-firm temper.

It is first rough cut by hand, then split down to an even thickness. After which is final cut to approximately 6.5mm (.25”) wide, then the edges beveled for a smooth lay.
